Map of Patna
The city of Patna is one of India’s best and most populated cities. Patna is the capital of Bihar and is made up of over 1.2 million residents. These residents are made up of diverse groups and speak a variety of languages and consist of different cultures.

Patna’s geographical standpoint is very unique and a map of Patna points this out. Patna is located at the Northeastern part of India. When mapping out Patna your eye will probably notice first the three rivers that it borders. The Ganges, Sone and Poopun rivers surround the city and a fourth river is just north, the Gandak. The Ganges River is actually thought to be the longest single river bridge in the world at 5900m long. These four rivers give Patna a different kind of watery look and make it especially sought after by tourists.

Maps of Patna can be purchased throughout the city and throughout the nation of India at low costs. If you are planning a visit to Patna it is probably wise to get a hold of a city map because it will show all the different locations and roads.

Outside of the geography that you can see from a Patna map are the altitude, rainfall and normal temperatures. These are often important considerations to take before visiting. The cities altitude is in the neighborhood of 50 meters, the rainfall averages around 1200mm and the temperature will range from 43 C (summer months) to 6 C (Winter).

A map of Patna will show all the special features and locations of all that you need.
